Being beautiful is never just about the outside because it originates from the inside. One way to boost your confidence, style and your look is to incorporate fitness into your life. When it is a regular component to your healthy lifestyle, it keeps you young and fit for all the latest styles. As Gywneth Paltrow proves at 39 years old, women can still look fantastic and pull off mini dresses and backless gowns.
When it comes to fitness, you don’t have to spend a lot of money to get in shape. that’s right, you don’t have to go to a fancy gym or yoga or pilates classes. You can create a home gym in your house, even with a limited amount of space.
One way to save space is to buy equipment that stows away easily. Treadmills can fold against walls or slide under a bed. Another option is to have some useful accesories that store easily in a closet. You can have a yoga mat, stability ball, medicine ball, TRX, resistance bands and some light hand or ankle weights. Dedicating a small closet as a place to store these items is a good idea, too. You can even put a mirror on the inside door so that you can watch yourself workout.
If you are into technology, you can use a Wii or Play Station Move to get you moving at home. These can be fun ways to exercise with other people, too. I’m a fan of videos, as well. You can do videos like PX90 or yoga. I have some videos that I have used off and on for years. It’s nice to travel with these or download podcasts on you iPad if you comfortable.
