As luck would have it, I decided that I must find an amazing crisp, white shirt that is not astronomically expensive.  I did some research and found that it apparently is a Top Ten Classic Item that every woman should own, according to Oprah, that is.  So, what are the other nine items?  I guess you will just have to look there to find out. And, perhaps check out Brooks Brothers for sale blouses.
